Ingredients For Sugar Free Energy Dates Bars Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Coarsely grind dates in a mixer and transfer into a bowl.
  • 2. Heat one tablespoon of ghee in a pan.
  • 3. Add ground dates and saute for 5 to 10 minutes on law flame.
  • 4. Now add all chopped nuts and coconut flakes ,mix very well.
  • 5. Remove into a plate and set aside to cool slightly.
  • 6. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into desired shape.
  • 7. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
