Methods
  • 1. Mix 1 cup sooji with 3/4 cup curd & mix well & keep aside for 5 minutes
  • 2. Grate 2 boiled potatoes to sooji
  • 3. Add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt to taste & mix well
  • 4. Grease your hands with oil & make cutlets from prepared mixture.
  • 5. Deep fry them till golden brown
