Suji Ke Laddu Recipe

Rava laddu is a traditional Indian sweet dish which perfect for every festival. A beginners recipe and needs no expertise. This ladoo can also be made without coconut, but the addition of dried coconut adds a very good aroma to the rava laddu.

Ingredients For Suji Ke Laddu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First in a mixer jar, take almonds and cashewnuts, grind it into fine powder. Keep aside.
  • 2. Now in kadhai roast semolina until it turns aromatic and slightly golden brown.
  • 3. Add desiccated coconut, almonds and cashewnuts powder in it, mix all well and roast it another 2minutes.
  • 4. Add clarified butter in it, mix it well.
  • 5. Add sugar and mix it immediately.
  • 6. Now add milk little by little and keep sauteing and mixing continuously.
  • 7. Semolina absorb the milk and turn into dough. Switch off the flame and transfer it in plate.
  • 8. Let it little cool down on room temperature. Now take some portion from mixture. Make balls/laddu when it little warm.
  • 9. Garnish 1 saffron thread on laddu. Sooji Ke Laddu ready to eat. Serve and enjoy it.
