Recipe Notes

1. In this recipe we don't require ek tar wali chashni so do not overcook the sugar syrup, 2. Fry suji ke pede when it turn light golden, crispy from outside and soft from inside otherwise it will fry little hard

Methods
  • 1. In pan take 1 tblespn ghee and add suji in it. Roast suji for 12 to 15minutes on low flame.
  • 2. Add milk, Keep sauteing until suji turn into dough form. Transfer it in plate and let it cool completely on room temperature.
  • 3. Now in kadhai add sugar and water. When sugar dissolve add cardamom powder and orange food colour. Keep stirring until sugar syrup turn little sticky.
  • 4. Keep greasing your palm and knead suji dough for 5minutes. When dough become soft take small portion from it and start making peda.
  • 5. Heat oil, deep fry all the suji pedas on medium flame.
  • 6. Fry until golden brown. Take out in plate.
  • 7. Deep fried pedas in sugar syrup. Keep aside for 2hours.
  • 8. Garnish some dryfruits and serve. Suji Rasbhari ready to eat.
