Methods
  • 1. Keep ginger, cinnamon, cardamoms, star anise, and cloves ready on a plate.
  • 2. Bring water to a boil then add the masala which is on the plate and simmer for two minutes.
  • 3. Now add jaggery powder and boil for two minutes.
  • 4. Add a spoon of tea leaves and simmer for a minute.
  • 5. Strain add lemon juice mix well.
  • 6. Garnish with pudina leaves and serve.
