Ingredients For Super Healthy Beet Pulao Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a wok heat oil in it. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When it turns brown add green chilli, curry leaves, ginger and onion .
  • 2. Saute it till onions become translucent. Add carrot in it . Cook it for 3-4 minutes on low medium heat.
  • 3. Add chopped and grated beet. Mix it well. Add tomato and all the dry spices. Roast it for few minutes.
  • 4. Finally add cooked rice . Mix it gently. Turn off the flame.
  • 5. Add lemon juice , garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • 6. Serve it with any raita or dip.
