Ingredients For Sweet cake Pakoda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add maida, besan, soda and powdered sugar. Mix well. Add water and make slurry.It should not be thick.
  • 2. In a nonstick pan heat butter and oil.
  • 3. Dip the cake pieces in the slurry and shallow fry on low medium flame.
  • 4. When one side become brown and crispy turn the pakora and cook other side till it becomes golden brown.
  • 5. Transfer it in a plate.Brush honey over it. Enjoy with Katti mithi Tamarind Sauce.
