Methods
  • 1. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the beetroot
  • 2. After frying, add the sweet potato and fry it, then add milk, sugar and cardamom powder and cook till thickened.
  • 3. Then put the khoya and fry it and when it gets thick, then after cooling, put it in small cups and keep it in the fridge for a while, then serve chopped mix dry fruits and silver vermicelli.
