Methods

How to make Sweetcorn soup Recipe

1. Take half boiled corns with 2 cups of water and grind to make fine paste. In a pan heat butter and saute ginger garlic paste, add all chopped veggies and saute for few minutes.
2. In a pan heat butter and saute ginger garlic paste, add all chopped veggies and saute for few minutes.
3. Add boiled corns and some salt and sauté for seconds.
4. Add grind paste of sweetcorn, sauté for seconds and add 3 cups of water.
5. Add corn flour in 2 tbsp water,mix well and add in soup, mix well until thicken. Garnish with spring onion leaves.
