Methods

How to make Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe

1. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of refined oil. Add 1 bay leaf and Thyme leaves.
2. Add chopped garlic and onion and sauté them.
3. Add 1 tbsp of Refined Flour and mix well.
4. Add sliced 250 grams Button Mushroom and let it cook.
5. Add salt and cover the pan with a lid. Let it cook for 7 minutes.
6. Puree the mixture in a grinder and strain it through a strainer.
7. Pour the strained mixture in a pan and add milk. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
8. Add 2 tbsp Fresh Cream and let it simmer for 2 more minutes.
9. Garnish with cream, crushed black pepper and sautéed slice of mushroom.
