Ingredients For Tandoori flavoured Sweet corn on the cob Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First roast sweetcorn on tandoor.
  • 2. When its roasted side by side we make paste take a bowl add butter,black pepper powder,chat masala,black salt,oregano,lemon juice ,mixed herbs,chopped cilantro and make tandoori paste.
  • 3. When sweetcorn is roasted properly cut it from knife up to down position, and take sweetcorn kernels in bowl.
  • 4. Mix tandoori paste in sweetcorn kernels and serve hot.
