Finely chopped all the veggies so they get cook fast. Next take a bowl and combine milk and maggi coconut milk powder.

Add corn flour to make it thick it gives creamy texture.Next heat pan and add butter.

And cook all the veggies till it become soft and stir it continuously so that it should not get burn it take only 10 minutes to cook and then add ginger garlic paste and stir it again for few second to raw smell goes off.Next add the milk powder and coconut powder mixture and stir it on low flame.

Add salt and stir it till it becomes little thick keep aside and let it cool down little and then add the mixture in puris by cracking in the centre of puris and garnish with some spring onion and serve this yummy thai golgappe which taste crazy.
