Ingredients For Thai Veggie Poha Recipe

  • 1. Soak poha in water and strain it using sieve. Keep it aside.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add onion, broccoli,carrots and beans. Saute for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Add red thai curry paste and mix well. Saute for a minute then add bell peppers and saute for a minute.
  • 4. Lower the flame and add coconut milk. Cook till moisture evaporates.
  • 5. Add soaked poha to vegetable mixture. Mix well and add salt. Cook on low flame for a minute.
  • 6. Remove from the flame. Sprinkle roasted and crushed peanuts. Garnish with coriander leaves and basil leaves. Serve hot.

Poha with a Thai touch is very delectable, and I prepared this for my co-workers.
