Ingredients For Til Besan Laddoo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan and add 2 tbsp of ghee in it.
  • 2. Then fry almonds and cashews one by one till fragrant. take out on a plate.
  • 3. Now in the same pan and ghee roast fox nuts till crisp and lightly golden. Take out on plate.
  • 4. Dry roast the coconut in the same pan till slightly golden and fragrant. Take out and let the dry fruits cool down.
  • 5. Dry roast sesame seeds on a low flame till a popping sound comes. Keep stirring so that they won't burn. Take out on a separate plate.
  • 6. Sift both the flours. Add rest of the ghee in the deep heavy bottom pan and roast atta and besan together.
  • 7. cook till fragrant and ghee leaves the sides. Take out in a tray.
  • 8. Grind the dry fruits coarsely and add to the atta mixture. Add roasted sesame and mix.
  • 9. Add in the powdered sugar in slightly cooled mixture and form laddoo according to your desired size.
  • 10. Enjoy winter delights.
