This pitha was made in this way by many old sisters and grandparents and kept dry in the sun. Earlier, Bengali guests were treated to home-made sweets. This is my first recipe gotochef.

Ingredients For Traditional Chusi pitha recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix flour and semolina and rub it with a little water. Now make it small like Simui with the help of hands. Now dry it in the sun.
  • 2. Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the chusis till they turn red.
  • 3. Now let it boil with milk.
  • 4. Now stir in the powdered milk and sugar over low heat
  • 5. Now take it down with Nolen gud, serve hot or cold on the traditional chusi pitha.
