Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a wok roast cashew and almonds. Remove it in a plate. After cooling grind it in a mixer .
  • 2. In same wok add besan , roast it on low heat for 4-5 minutes, Add atta in it . Roast it on low heat until it turns to a deep golden color with an aroma .
  • 3. Remove it in a mixing bowl. Let it cool completely.
  • 4. Now add cardamom powder and jaggery powder in it . Mix it very well.
  • 5. Take small portion of the mixture in your hand. Press it it should be easily rolled to balls.
  • 6. Make all the laddus by this method.
