Ingredients For Kadah ( aate ka halwa)

Methods
  • 1. In a sauce pan add sugar and water . Boil it till sugar completely dissolves.
  • 2. Take a heavy bottom wok heat ghee. On low heat roast the wheat flour for 10 minutes or until ghee starts releasing and nice aroma comes out.
  • 3. Safely Add sugar syrup . Stir continuesly to avoid lumps.
  • 4. Mix it well on medium heat. When whole mixture combined together and leave the wok, turn off the flame.
  • 5. Transfer it in a bowl. Serve hot.
