Ingredients For Winter Warmer “ Gajar Ka Halwa “

Methods
  • 1. Take a pressure cooker, add grated carrot, sugar and 1/2 cup give it 3-4 whistle.
  • 2. Take a heavy bottom wok. Heat ghee. Roast almonds and cashew. Remove it in a plate.
  • 3. Add boiled carrot in wok. Roast it on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • 4. Add mithai mate in it. Cook it on medium flame till milk absorbed.
  • 5. Add fried nuts and raisins. Mix it well.
  • 6. Transfer it in serving bowls. Garnish with mava and dry fruits.
