Tutti frutti muffins recipe

These muffins are best option for your family on Christmas and since it's homemade so healthy too. Surely everyone would love these mouth melting muffins. They have 50% maida and 50% whole wheat flour. Worth trying such a easy and scrumptious treat!

Methods
  • 1. Seive the maida, whole wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda 3 times. Keep them aside.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl. take soften butter and condensed milk. Beat with a whisker both of them till smooth consistency is achieved.
  • 3. Now add vanilla essence and mix it well. Move the whisker in one direction only.
  • 4. Now add rub the tutti frutti in little flour and add it to the condensed milk and butter mixture. Mix everything properly.
  • 5. Now add the seived dry ingredients in three parts along with some water. Adding this way gradually ensures that the contents of the cake batter are mixed well and there are no lumps formed.
  • 6. Now in a properly lined muffin mould, add the content till the 3/4 of the liner and sprinkle some more tutti frutti above on the top of each muffin.
  • 7. Keep the mould in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Or until it's done. (Till the toothpick inserted comes out clean).
  • 8. Let it cool for sometime on the cooling rack and serve them hot or after it cools... both tastes yummy!
