Ingredients For Two in one dry fruit burfi recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the dates, apricots and raisins in warm milk for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Blend 1/2 cup dassicated coconut, soaked dates and black raisins together adding little quantity of milk at a time. Keep aside
  • 3. Blend remaining dassicated coconut and soaked appricots by adding little quantity of milk at a time. Keep aside.
  • 4. In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of ghee and add the first mixture. Saute for 2 or 3 mins then add 1/2 cup milkmaid.
  • 5. Saute it till it thickens. Cool it.
  • 6. Again add 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan and add the second mixture. Saute it for few minutes.
  • 7. Add the remaining milkmaid and saute it until it thickens. Then cool it.
  • 8. In a flat plate, spread the first mixture in a rectangular shape of 2 or 3 cm thickness.
  • 9. Now put the mango papad (aamsotyo) over it.
  • 10. Next put the second mixture over the mango papad sandwiching it inbetween the two mixtures.
  • 11. Now put it in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  • 12. Cut it in desired shape and garnish it with chopped pistachios and almonds.
  • 13. I plated it with melted chocolate, rolls of aamsotto, caramel sauce and some nuts.
