Ingredients For Two in one Rasgulla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly boil the milk. When it will start to leave bubble ,switch off the flame.
  • 2. Make it cool for 5 minutes under room temperature & then add vinegar to make it curdle.
  • 3. Strain the excess water from paneer & make it dry for an hour.
  • 4. After that mash the paneer. Mash it with the help of your palm or grind it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 5. Then divide the mixture & mix chocolate powder with one portion.
  • 6. Then take small portion from both the mixture & make balls.
  • 7. Don't make big balls because it will double in size while boiling.
  • 8. Now boil sugar syrup. Add cardamom in the syrup for better flavour. When the syrup will start to leave bubble, add paneer balls gently.
  • 9. Boil it in high flame with lid for 10 minutes .
  • 10. After 10 minutes open the lid & boil it for another 12 to 15 minutes without lid.
  • 11. Rasgulla is ready. Let it cool & enjoy.
