How to make UP STYLE Dal fra with choka and pickle Recipe

FOR DAL:- Take tual dal and rinse it 2-3 time. Put dal into pressure cooker and add 1/5 cup water. Add salt and 1 teaspoon Oil. Close the lid and give 5 whistle. Whisk smooth.

In Another pan put 2 teaspoon of ghee. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and hing. Splutter tempering. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.

Mix boil dal in this. Add red chili powder, turmeric power, dhaniya jeera powder and garam masala. Add water and adjust consistency. Combine well. Boil till flavors absorb.

FOR MAKING DOUGH:- Take 1/5 cup of wheat flour. 1teaspoon of turmeric power, 1teaspoon of red chili powder, 1teaspoon of oil and salt as per taste. Crumble and mix. Add water as per required. Knead dough.

Take ball size dough. Dust in wheat flour. Roll gently and slightly thick. Make diya or flowers shape.
6.
Drop all this making fra in boil dal. Mix gently. Boil for 10 min.cook completely.
7.
Dal fra is ready to serve. For garnish add ghee and corriander leaves at last.
