1.
Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add urad dal flour and moong dal flour and roast. Roast on medium flame till light brown in color.

Remove from heat and cool down completely on room temperature.

When it's cool down completely keep it in a thali and whipped with hand. Whipped till fluffy like butter.
4.
Add powdered suger and mix. Make small sized . Peda. Press lightly in middle with finger and garnish with pistachios, chironji and small piece of mishri.
5.
Make all mandal like this. Keep it in a jar and enjoy.
