Veg Maggi Noodles Recipe

Children like to eat noodles with or without any special occasion. I used the vegetables to prepare Maggi noodles so that it would be healthy for them. These noodles are very easy to make and they get ready very quickly.

Ingredients For Veg Maggi Noodles Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Finely chop all the vegetables.
  • 2. Take a wok, heat oil in it. Add chopped onion in it. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato in it. Mix it well.
  • 3. Add capsicum and tomato sauce and red chilli powder in it. Mix it well. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Add 1 glass of water in it. Let the water boil.
  • 5. Add maggi noodles and Maggi masala in it. Stir it. Cover the lid, cook until noodles become soft. Adjust the consistency of gravy as per your choice.
  • 6. Veg Maggi Noodles is ready to serve.
