Mix the corn flour paste according to the consistency you want to keep.

Methods
  • 1. Take all the veggies finely chopped in a bowl add ginger, garlic, corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, black pepper and soy sauce.
  • 2. Mix them well, add the water accordingly to make it in better consistency. Make round ball with the mixture.
  • 3. Deep fry the vegetables balls in the pan.
  • 4. Take another pan heat the oil and add ginger, garlic and green chillies saute it for a minute.
  • 5. Add spring onions, tomato ketchup, chilly sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Mix them well.
  • 6. Add the corn flour and water paste into the pan and stir it well and add the fried vegetables balls into the mixture.
  • 7. Mix it well and before serving it garnish it with spring onions or chopped coriander.
  • 8. Enjoy your veg manchurian along with rice or noodles.
