Ingredients For Veg Momos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Maida , salt and oil in a large bowl mix all ingredients well l and prepare a soft dough
  • 2. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 3. Take a pan and 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium flame
  • 4. Add finally chopped ginger and all finally chopped veggies and add salt .
  • 5. Mix well and saute them for 4 to 5 mins .
  • 6. Now add chiily saus , soya saus and black pepper powder .
  • 7. Mix well and saute for a minutes turn off the flame
  • 8. Momos stuffing is ready and keep aside the filling
  • 9. Divide the dough in equal portions and fill the suffing inside and make a shape of momos.
  • 10. Heat water in a Idli pan let the water boil in a greased idli mould place the momos
  • 11. Keeping space between them to avoid sticking togeather.
  • 12. steam momos for few minutes when dough stops sticking then the momos are done .
  • 13. Serve it tomato chutney , and tomato saud.
