Ingredients For Wheat flour chili garlic naan Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a one vessel in a vessel add the Wheat flour , salt, sugar ,baking powder ,baking soda and curd then mix it every things. .
  • 2. Then add water and make a dough. The add half butter and need the dough for 5 to 7 minutes and then cover it for wet clothe and rest for 20 minits.
  • 3. After 20 minit dough need for 5 minit then make a ball for even size .
  • 4. Take a small ball of dough and spread it in oval shape.Put some garlic and chili on it and press gently.Turn it over and apply water on the spread dough.
  • 5. Heat a tawa and put the spread that the water applied side is in the bottom.After it starts bubbling turn the tawa upside down on the gas flame . After it gets brown spots remove it from the tawa and apply butter .
