  • 1. Dry roast wholewheat flour till raw smell goes. Heat ghee in a pan..fry cashew till golden.
  • 2. Add raisins ..turn off flame. Add flour, sugar & cardamom powder..give a good mix.
  • 3. Let cool for a while. Make laddus while mixture is warm.
