Ingredients For Wheat Ladoo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat the ghee in the pan and fry nuts until golden brown. Romove them in a plate.
  • 2. Add wheat flour in the ghee and begin to roast on a medium flame and stir it continuously.
  • 3. After 10 minutes the colour of the wheat flour begins deepen and it turns aromatic.
  • 4. Reduce the falme and keep frying until it turns to a deep golden colour.
  • 5. Set this aside to cool completely.
  • 6. When it cools down completely then add cardamom powder and powdered sugar.
  • 7. Blend the nuts and add them in the wheat flour.
  • 8. Now mix all the material well.
  • 9. Take small portion of this mixture to your palm and press gently to give the shape of ladoo
  • 10. You can make 8-10 ladoo and store them in a airtight container jar.
