Methods

How to make White Dhokla French Pastry Recipe

1. In batter add salt. and sugar and make idlis in a square plate.Steam it for 15 minutes.
2. Freeze them for 2 hours to ensure even rectangles.
3. Then soak them in lemon water.
4. Pipe in the hung curd frosting which has hung curd,Salt,Tomato powder,rasam powder.
5. Garnish with Pomegranates and mint leaves.
