Ingredients For Winter Special Methi Dana ladoo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In heavy bottomed kadhai take little Nova Ghee and heat
  • 2. Once ghee is hot add Edible gum and make flakes remove from kadhai
  • 3. Add remaining ghee and wheat flour and roast until raw aroma of flour is gone
  • 4. Add Jaggery to the kadhai
  • 5. Add all the other ingredients and mix well
  • 6. Take little of this mixture and make ladoos
  • 7. Methi Dana ladoo are done
