Ingredients For RAJASTHANI KORMA ROTI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take green moongh dal and grind it coarsely and soak in water overnight or 3 to 4 hours.
  • 2. Next drain the water completely from moongh dal and remove in bowl add wheat flour,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,and some chopped coriander leaves and mix well and start making dough if you required water you can use water for kneading make a soft dough and keep for 5 to 10 minutes covered
  • 3. Next roll it like chapati I am taking help of the round cutter to give shape because of having coarsely moong while rolling it gives crack from side and if you want to give nice shape and same size take any cookie cutter or top of any small container or jar.Next heat tawa and place the korma roti and start roasting.If you want you can keep all ready and can roast 2 or 3 together to save time.
  • 4. Spread ghee on both the side and roast nicely by pressing with ladle to make roti crispy.Next serve with achar (pickle) or you can have like this also it taste delicious and very tasty carry easy while travelling it stay for longer.
