Perfect mix for Indian cookery.
I liked this bhuna masala a lot. It cuts down the hassle of mixing and frying the vegetables and spices. If you want to make a North Indian curry but don't know the proportions of basic masala, this paste works as a blessing. It adds a very tasty and aromatic flavor to the curries.
