the healthiest option these are very less processed whole grains as compared to the other two. They have high fibre content and low in glycemic index when compared to Instant and rolled oats which means they feel useful for a longer time and maintain your calorific value.

Nice product
It's very tasty and I have them as a evening snack. I sometimes just start munching them. They are really crunchy and tasty. I would highly recommend this product.

Good product
Kellogg's-oat bites with whole grain is very good in taste. Its healthy for us as it contains all the grains in it. Packaging is great easy to store.
