Good product to use
Morde Dark Compound is next to any natural flavours of Chocolate. It gives a bittersweet taste and is an amazing product to use in the kitchen. It can directly be eaten as well as used in the recipes. I personally prefer this product because it has the required amount of ingredients that we need in bakery and confectionery. It has bitter taste, which can be turned into semi sweet in taste after using in the preparation of any dish. This product is specifically for desserts and cakes. And it can also be used as icing or topping for any bakery products.

I store this chocolate slab in my freezer ,eat a piece of it everyday as chocolates are good for heart.i use it in making smoothies,cakes,mousse,etc,i use it in making chocolate parathas too,my kids love this chocolate shrikhand and chocolate icecream
