Methods

How to make Aaloo matar sandwich Recipe

1. Take kadai and add 1 spoon oil and 1/2 spoon butter.
2. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste.
3. Add chopped onion and saute it.
4. Now add potato and green peas.
5. Mashed it and all spice and mix well.
6. Now add lemon juice and again mix it. Cook it for 2 minutes.
7. Now take bread slices and apply butter on both side in all bread slices.
8. Apply potatoe masala on 2 bread slices and cover it with another bread slices.
9. Put it in sandwich toaster
10. After garnish it with cheese and serve it with green chutney and tomato catch up.
