Ingredients For Aaloo paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. To prepare dough, in a bowl mix wheat flour, carrom seeds and salt. Add oil and mix well.
  • 2. Using required quantity of water, knead a dough.
  • 3. In a meshed potato add salt, turmeric powder, chopped onions and green chillies and mix well.
  • 4. Take a small portion from dough and make a round ball.
  • 5. Flatten it using your palm. Keep stuffing in the center area of flattened dough.
  • 6. Now seal it from all the sides and flatten it again.
  • 7. Roll a medium thin roti.
  • 8. Cook on a tawa using little ghee.
  • 9. Cook from both the sides till you get the nice marks on it.
  • 10. Serve along with tea and curd.
