Achari palak- fish cutlets recipe

Achari palak-fish cutlet is a tasty and healthy snack. Here I have used barramundi fish that is excellent source of lean protein (20gm protein/100 gm). The best thing is it is crispy outside and soft inside. It is enriched with strong aroma. The tantalizing taste will surely make you crave for more. So friends prepare it as soon as possible.

Ingredients For Achari palak- fish cutlets recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai on a medium flame. Add onion, garlic, chopped potatoes, chopped spinach and salt.
  • 2. Cover it for 5 minutes. When excess water is reduced turn the gas off.
  • 3. Cool it completely and keep aside. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and add spinach- potatoes fry in it.
  • 4. Mash it and make a dough. Take out small portions of the dough and make small balls of the dough.
  • 5. Flatten them with hands to form their square shape like cutlets. Heat oil in a kadai.
  • 6. Deep fry until both the sides are brown. Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce and fried cauliflower (optional).
