For outer covering : mix in besan, rava, and wheat flour with salt baking powder and ajwain. Now heat oil. Pour on to the mix and mix well.

Mix till it holds shape. Now slowly add water and make a dough.

Roll like roti and cut out rounds with a cookie cutter. Prick holes with fork on both sides. Brush oil over it and keep it on greased air fryer plate. Brush oil on the papadi also. Air fry at 200 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes. Preheat at same temperature for 3 minutes before placing the papadi.
