Ingredients For ALOO BHUJIA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add all listed ingredients and mix well. Don't use water.
  • 2. Make a soft and smooth dough. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying the bhujia. Use the bhujia / sev make machine and fixed the bhujia plate.
  • 4. Fill the machine with potato and gram flour mixture dough. When oil is hot press the bhujia machine over the oil.
  • 5. Put the the gas in a medium flame. Repeat the process to finish the dough.
  • 6. Deep fry the bhujia for 2 - 3 mins and then flip it. Drai in paper napkin.
  • 7. Serve hot with tea.
