Methods
  • 1. Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the potatoes and remove it. Again in the same pan add cumin seeds and whole red chilly to crackle.
  • 2. Add onion and saute until transparent now add ginger garlic,green chilly,tomato and all dry spices and also add 2 tbsp water and saute until oil leaves the pan.
  • 3. Add spinach and fried potatoes and mix well, simmer the flame and cook for ten minutes .Serve hot with chapatis.
