Ingredients For AMARANTHUS cutlet/bora recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and chop the AMARANTHUS VIRIDIS well
  • 2. Mix all the ingredients well together except oil and chaat spices. Now make it in round shape.
  • 3. Now heat oil and fry the Note bora/cutlet. (I did shallow fry you can fry the big ones in deep oil and put them on tissue paper)
  • 4. Sprinkle chat masala on the fried note bora/cutlet and serve hot.
