Ingredients For Amla and chilli pickle recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut amla and green chilli into pieces,
  • 2. Take kadai add mustard oil, heat it till it becomes hot,
  • 3. Roast Rai, methi seeds and saunf let it cool and grind into powder,
  • 4. Put the mixture in the hot oil, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well,
  • 5. Add amla and chilli and mix well and cover it and let it cook,
  • 6. Amla and chilli pickle ready.
