Methods
  • 1. Wash and grate amla/gooseberry.
  • 2. Add salt,black salt,black pepper powder,sugar,carom seeds,asafoetida/hing,saffron food color and lemon juice and mix well.
  • 3. Dry in the sunlight for 8 - 10 days in thin layer or you can microwave it for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Every one mins take out and mix well and microwave it.
  • 5. Coat with silver vark.
  • 6. Amla mukhwas is ready to eat.
