Methods
  • 1. Pour apple juice in a bowl add chopped mixed dry fruits, tooty fruity to it.
  • 2. Keep it aside for atleast 1 hour for dryfruits to get some flavour.
  • 3. Make a powder from all the spices. And keep aside.
  • 4. Seive flour, baking powder in a bowl.
  • 5. Now add in oil and sugar and mix well.
  • 6. Add soaked dry fruits with remaining juice to the mix and fold it in.
  • 7. Take another bowl add apple cider vinegar amd baking powder give it a gentle mix and pour it in the batter.
  • 8. Add vanilla essence and mix the batter gently.
  • 9. Take a baking dish grease it with oil.
  • 10. Pour the mixture to the baking dish.
  • 11. Top with tooty fruity.
  • 12. And bake it in preheated oven @180° for 45 minutes.
  • 13. You can check after 45 minutes and bake accordingly.
