Methods
  • 1. Wash and peel off the arbi.
  • 2. Boil arbi with chana dal, adding some water till it become soft.
  • 3. Let it cool and mash with a masher.
  • 4. Add all spices, herbs and rock salt.
  • 5. Mix all well and make cutlets from the mixture.
  • 6. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry these cutlets till crisp and golden brown in colour.
