Methods
  • 1. Pre-heat the oven at 160Deg. C for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Cream butter and sugar till it get fluffy then slowly add vanilla essence in that mix.
  • 3. Add Elaichi powder, custard powder, flour, atta and baking powder in butter mix. Forms a smooth dough.
  • 4. Now roll the dough and cut in equal circle. Bake the Biscuit at 160 deg. C for 10 min.
  • 5. Lower the temperature at 140 deg. for 10 min. Cool the biscuit on the cooling rack and serve.
