This recipe is inspired by the famous Prawns Koliwada, where prawns are coated with a besan batter and fried. Here I have used Babycorn instead and made it vegetarian. It is crispy and tasty and makes an ideal snack.
Oil should be hot before frying the babycorn. Test the oil by putting a small cube of bread in hot oil, if it sizzles, it means the oil is ready for frying.
