Ingredients For Bathua Missi Roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl combine all above listed ingredients and one tbsp oil and mix well. Add little amount of water at a time and knead into a soft dough.
  • 2. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  • 3. Take some dough make into big bowl and roll out into roti size. Place the roti over the hot pan as soon as looks like brown.
  • 4. Flip over and cook on the other side till brown.
  • 5. Applying oil/butter on both the sides.
  • 6. Take off the pan and serve hot.
