Ingredients For Bathua Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take bathua leaves and wash it carefully to remove the mud . Now take a pan and boil it for about 5 minutes.
  • 2. Switch off the flame once the quantity of leaves has been reduced.
  • 3. Now take wheat flour, carom seeds, green chilli, salt, bathua leaves. Mix it well and add small amount of water to knead the dough.
  • 4. Now to prepare paratha, pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.
  • 5. Furthermore, sprinkle some flour and roll off to a chapati size.
  • 6. Now to roast bathua paratha, take a tawa , spread oil over it and place the rolled paratha.
  • 7. Once the base of paratha is partly cooked, flip the paratha.
  • 8. Now add oil and press slightly. Flip paratha again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
  • 9. Take out paratha on serving plate and serve hot with green chutney, raita or pickle.
